Refund Policy

  • At Viana Studio, every project is custom-built to match your vision—and we invest significant time, expertise, and creative energy into each one. Because of this, we have a structured refund policy that balances fairness with the realities of creative work.

Refund Terms

  • Within 7 days of purchase (before major work begins):
    You may be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the total amount paid, minus any time already spent on consultation or planning.

  • Between 8–14 days:
    You may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 40%, depending on how much of the work has been completed.

  • After 14 days or once final files have been delivered:
    No refunds are issued, as the work is considered complete or significantly in progress.

Non Refundable Situations

  • If significant custom modeling or rendering has been delivered

  • If the project was delayed due to client inaction (no brief, late feedback, etc.)

  • For subscription-based services (after 14 days of activation)

  • Add-on services (animations, blueprint formatting, marketing graphics) once started

Flexible Solutions Instead of Refunds:

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the results or need adjustments, we’ll work with you to revise the project within the agreed revision limits. In some cases, project credit or scope adjustments can be offered as an alternative to refunds.

Subscription Refund Policy

All subscription plans (Basic, Standard, VIP) at Viana Studio are billed monthly and include a set number of deliverables, priority service, and support based on your selected tier. Due to the time and creative resources dedicated to each subscriber, we follow the policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 7 days of initial subscription:
    You may request a refund of up to 80% of the plan cost, provided that no significant work has been delivered.

  • Between 8–14 days:
    You may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 40%, depending on the work completed or queued.

  • After 14 days:
    No refunds will be issued. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and you’ll retain access to all included services during that period.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • After 14 days from the start of the billing cycle

  • If any significant deliverables or revisions have already been provided

  • Missed or unused project slots (weekly limits)

  • Downgrades mid-cycle (can be scheduled for the next month)

Pausing or Cancelling Subscriptions

  • You can cancel anytime—your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • If you need to pause your subscription, you may do so once per billing cycle (up to 7 days) by request.
