Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Viana Studio, including 3D modeling, architectural visualization, product rendering, animation, and other creative services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered

Viana Studio offers 3D services including (but not limited to):

  • Architectural Visualization

  • Interior Design Rendering

  • Product Visualization & Prototyping

  • Industrial Animation

  • 3D Floor Plans & Blueprints

  • Graphic Design & Marketing Imagery

Custom packages and subscription-based services are also available.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear project briefs, reference materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all submitted files (drawings, plans, etc.) are accurate and authorized for use.

  • Review deliverables and request revisions within the defined timeframes.

  • Respect usage rights and not resell or redistribute work without written permission.

Payment Terms

  • All services require payment upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery.

  • Pricing is quoted based on scope and complexity; add-ons or extra revisions may incur additional charges.

Revisions & Scope

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions.

  • Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

  • Major changes or reworks not covered by the original brief will be treated as new work.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
    In summary:

  • Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of service, depending on how much work has been completed.

  • After 14 days or upon delivery of final files, no refunds are issued.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received.

  • Viana Studio retains the right to display work in portfolios and promotional material unless requested otherwise in writing.

  • Project files and working files (e.g., Blender or CAD source files) are not included unless agreed upon in advance.

Turnaround Times

  • Estimated delivery timelines depend on project size and current workload.

  • Delays due to incomplete briefs, slow feedback, or scope changes may affect deadlines.

Confidentiality

  • All project files and business information shared with Viana Studio will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

  • Viana Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered content. Final use and implementation are the responsibility of the client.
